We make contemporary boutique preserves with the best produce from farms we know and trust, putting a modern twist on traditional recipes. When inspiration strikes, we create limited-run preserves to showcase the best the season has to offer. Our year-round flavors range from a ginger-spiked Orange Marmalade with Lemons to a savory relish - Shallot Confit with Red Wine. "Slicing, dicing and caramelizing until all hours of the night" is the motto of Clare and Matt, founders of Quince & Apple. Using only organic ingredients (sourced locally and sustainably whenever possible), the couple produces small-batch preserves featuring quirky yet appealing flavor combinations. Matt takes the lead in the kitchen, where he develops recipes and tests new flavor ideas. Clare handles the strategy side of the business, reaching out to local producers and building relationships with other Wisconsin foodmakers.
